We are looking for a strong and experienced HR professional who can independently manage HR Operations and Recruitment activities.

📌 Position: HR Executive – HR Operations & Recruitment

📍 Location: Sector 75, Mohali, Punjab

💼 Experience: 2–3 Years

💰 Salary: Attractive Salary – Best for the Right Candidate

📅 Working Days: 1st & 3rd Saturday Off

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

✅ Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

✅ Manage joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.

✅ Handle employee engagement and grievance management.

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.

✅ Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.

✅ Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

✅ Implement HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.

✔️ Strong knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies.

✔️ Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to handle HR responsibilities independently.

✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
