Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Wednesday to Monday)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR activities, managing people processes, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment—preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interviews.
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
Handle end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, update HRMS, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll inputs.
Issue letters such as confirmation, appraisal, experience, etc.
Maintain compliance documents as required.
Employee Engagement:
Execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Support grievance handling and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare programs.
Performance & Policy Support:
Assist in performance management processes.
Ensure employees follow HR policies and support policy communication.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed.
Exit Management:
Coordinate resignation and exit processes.
Conduct exit interviews, collect assets, and support F&F documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
