Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases etc.
Manage joining, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Leave, etc.)
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and HR communication.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related matters.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
