We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and capable of managing HR processes with professionalism.
Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to final selection.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee files and update HR MIS.
Conduct induction/orientation for new employees.
Maintain daily attendance records.
Update leave registers and track absenteeism.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
Share monthly attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives.
Manage PF/ESIC/Professional Tax documentation (if applicable).
Support timely salary disbursement.
Maintain HR records, registers, and policies.
Assist in implementing company policies and SOPs.
Handle HR audits and statutory compliance coordination.
Organize celebrations, training, meetings, and team activities.
Address employee queries, issues, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Process resignations, full & final settlements.
Conduct exit interviews.
Ensure clearance and documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR policies
Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and HR software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
