Job Title: HR Executive – Plant Operations

Location: Ghaziabad -M.G.Road, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Hapur
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the beverage industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, local networks, and contractors.

• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with plant managers.

• Manpower Management:

• Handle workforce planning and ensure adequate manpower availability.

• Maintain records of contract and permanent employees.

• Attendance & Time Sheet Management:

• Monitor daily attendance of plant employees.

• Maintain and verify timesheets for payroll processing.

• Contractor Coordination:

• Act as a point of contact for labor contractors.

• Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per plant requirements.

• Employee Coordination & Support:

• Address employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and policies.

• Ensure smooth communication between management and workers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.

• Strong experience in bulk hiring (blue-collar workforce preferred).

• Good knowledge of attendance systems and manpower handling.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.

• Hands-on approach to HR operations and fieldwork.
