Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to DirectorCompany: Vats Industry Pvt. Ltd.Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New DelhiJob Summary:Vats Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director who can efficiently handle multiple tasks, manage daily office operations, and assist in administrative as well as accounting work. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have good working knowledge of Tally.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel plans.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.Maintain and update financial records using Tally.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Perform multitasking and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Requirements:Education: Graduate (minimum), Post Graduate (preferred).Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Professional and trustworthy demeanor.Working Details:Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayLocation: Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New DelhiSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
