Job Title: HR Executive

Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing the organization’s human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Prepare job postings and use various platforms to attract candidates.

• Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.

• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation.

3. Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

• Support grievance-handling processes and help maintain a healthy work environment.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and communication.

4. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation.

• Assist managers and employees with performance-related processes.

5. Policy & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Help update HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs.

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
