This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Support onboarding and induction processes

• Maintain HR records and employee files

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities

• Support daily administrative tasks and HR documentation

• Help in drafting HR policies and procedures

• Conduct basic research for HR best practices

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
