Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our growing team. This role blends core HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of managing both HR processes and essential office coordination tasks. Preferred: Male candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and other related documentation.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.

• Support office administration tasks such as procurement of supplies, vendor coordination, and travel or event arrangements.

• Help organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of offer letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.

• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR with exposure to administrative coordination.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
