Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Executive to join our growing team at UrbanStandz Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in [you can add your industry, e.g., real estate, staffing, tech services, etc.]. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR activities to help build a productive and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

• Understand hiring requirements from various departments.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.

• Follow up with selected candidates through the onboarding process.

HR Executive Duties:

• Assist in employee onboarding documentation and induction processes.

• Maintain employee records and attendance.

• Support payroll processing with attendance and leave tracking.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, or salary slips.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.

• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
