Job Description

This is an internship role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes. The position will also involve maintaining good relationship with existing work force managing accurate recruitment records. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.
