We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Unlimited Greens to manage the Employees full-lifecycle process for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Align HR strategies with business objectives
Manage employee–management relations and resolve grievances
Handle recruitment and hiring activities
Support workforce engagement, motivation, and retention
Promote a positive workplace culture
Manage performance appraisal processes
Administer payroll inputs, pay plans, and benefits
Identify and monitor employee training needs
Provide HR reports and metrics to management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
