We are hiring for the role of HR Executive.

Position: HR Executive & Senior HR Recruiter

Office Location-Mumbai ,Malad(W)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned positions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

• Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (agency or in-house)

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing strategies

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
