Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
Willingness to learn and adapt to HR processes and practices.
Contribute to the preparation and updating of HR reports and presentations.
Support for PF and ESIC.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
