Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Create and update job descriptions and job postings.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.
Deliver positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Assist in workforce planning and forecasting.
Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and campus hiring.
Prepare recruitment metrics and dashboards for reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
