We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination activities. The primary focus will be hiring Field Sales Executives / Survey Executives who will be responsible for on-ground implementation of the ZED Certification project across multiple regions in India.
Source candidates through job portals such as Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin and Placements.
Conduct screening calls to assess communication skills, field readiness, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for continuous recruitment needs.
Manage offer rollouts, acceptance tracking, and joining confirmations.
Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents (ID proofs, educational qualifications, photographs, etc.).
Support new hires during their onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Work closely with Project Managers and Regional Heads to understand manpower needs.
Share daily recruitment updates and hiring progress reports with management.
Assist in resolving field-level HR and deployment requirements.
Maintain attendance sheets, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary structure, and onboarding.
Coordinate training sessions and induction programs for new employees.
Prepare detailed recruitment metrics—shortlisted, interviewed, selected, offered, joined.
Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate and organized HR records for audits and compliance needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or any relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and basic HR systems.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
