Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Industrial Operations
(Senior HR Executive Blue Collar Focus)
Location: Head Office (Iskcon - Ambli Road, Ahmedabad) with Site Visits
Reporting To: Managing Director / Operations Head
CTC Range: ₹23,000 to ₹28,000 per month
Experience: 26 years (Strong blue-collar HR experience highly preferred)
Role Overview
The HR & Admin Executive will independently handle day-to-day HR operations for a blue-collar, multi-site industrial setup, with strong ownership of HRMS, attendance, payroll coordination, manpower documentation, and statutory records. Strategic decisions will be guided by management, but execution responsibility lies with this role.
Key Responsibilities (Aligned to Budget & Reality)
1. Manpower Handling & Deployment (Execution-Focused)
Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations and site supervisors
Arrange hiring, onboarding, and replacement of blue-collar manpower
Maintain site-wise manpower deployment records
Coordinate with manpower vendors and subcontractors
Ensure availability of skilled workers to avoid site stoppages
2. HRMS & Attendance Ownership (Primary Responsibility)
Maintain accurate HRMS data for:
Attendance
Leave
Overtime
Site deployment
Ensure daily attendance collection from all sites
Train site supervisors on attendance discipline
Generate HRMS reports for payroll and management review
3. Payroll & Wage Coordination (Not Strategy, Execution)
Prepare monthly payroll inputs based on attendance and OT
Coordinate payroll processing with Accounts
Track wage disbursement and resolve basic wage-related queries
Manage advances, deductions, and final settlements as per guidance
Escalate disputes or risks to management timely
4. Compliance Support & Documentation
Maintain records related to:
PF, ESIC, wages, bonus, and contract labour
Coordinate with consultants for filings and returns
Prepare data and documents for audits and inspections
Ensure employee files and site records are up to date
5. Discipline, Grievance Handling & Site Connect
Maintain regular connect with site manpower
Handle attendance issues, absenteeism, and minor disciplinary matters
Escalate serious misconduct cases to management
Support site teams in maintaining discipline and productivity
6. Onboarding, Induction & Admin Support
Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Ensure safety induction and basic orientation for new joiners
Maintain records of IDs, PPE issuance, and certifications
Support general HR and admin coordination as required
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare simple HR MIS reports:
Manpower strength
Attendance
Attrition
Payroll summaries
Share insights on manpower gaps and risks with management
What This Role Is NOT
❌ Final authority on HR policy
❌ Strategic manpower planning
❌ Independent handling of labour authorities
❌ Head-of-HR responsibilities
These will remain with Management / External Consultants.
Skills & Profile Required
Hands-on experience with blue-collar HR
Working knowledge of HRMS systems
Basic understanding of labour compliance
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently on execution
Willingness to visit sites and handle ground realities
