Job Title: HR Executive

Reporting to: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior & mid-level positions

• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and issue offer letters

• Manage joining formalities and employee induction

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases

• Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts

• Prepare HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience, Relieving)

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication

• Address employee queries and coordinate grievance handling

• Assist in performance appraisal processes

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure adherence to company HR policies

• Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)

• Maintain discipline and workplace ethics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent

• 1–3 years of HR experience

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR MIS

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

CTC: As per industry standards

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
