Position: HR Executive cum Admin

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive cum Admin who can support day-to-day HR operations and administrative work. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and willing to learn and grow with a fast-paced F&B brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and files

• Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exits

• Assist in recruitment activities like screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups

• Maintain HR trackers related to manpower, attendance, leaves, attrition, etc

• Coordinate with stores and HO for employee-related data

• Support employee engagement and basic admin activities

• Ensure proper record-keeping and data accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or admin role

• Basic understanding of HR operations

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

• Organised, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple tasks

• Good communication and follow-up skills
