Handle recruitment and headhunting through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms; screen profiles, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection.
Create and publish job postings on relevant websites and hiring channels to attract suitable candidates.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, salary slips, and other employee-related documents accurately and on time.
Support salary processing by collecting attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, coordinating with payroll/finance, and resolving salary-related queries.
Interact regularly with employees to understand workplace issues, respond to queries, and help resolve grievances professionally.
Explain company policies, HR procedures, attendance rules, leave policies, and employee benefits clearly to staff.
Maintain employee records, joining documents, personal files, and HR databases in an organized and confidential manner.
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees, ensuring proper documentation and smooth joining formalities.
Plan and support employee engagement activities to improve morale, communication, and workplace culture.
Assist management in other HR activities such as performance follow-up, compliance coordination, and general employee administration.
