Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll processing, ensuring effective employee relations, managing day-to-day HR operations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills and a solid understanding of core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compensation:

• End-to-end payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary computation.

• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

• Coordinate with finance for salary inputs and resolve discrepancies.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

• Assist in conducting employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, experience, etc.).

• Ensure timely performance evaluation cycles and appraisal documentation.

HR Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain proper documentation related to HR policies, employee files, and statutory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Support audits by providing required HR data and documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with payroll processing exposure.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRMS tools.

• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
