Key Responsibilities:

• Email correspondence with existing and new clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
• Coordinating with all departments of the Company towards fulfillment of orders.
• Looking for products as per Customer requirements, providing quotations and follow-ups after that.
• Preparation of invoices, challans n other documents.
• Supervise packing, loading and Dispatch of materials.
• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
• Taking care of regular office chores.
• Maintaining daily MIS Sheets for clients.
• Must have knowledge on Excel.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
