Position Title: HR Generalist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Generalist to manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring candidates to managing onboarding, employee records, engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR databases.
Manage employee onboarding documentation, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and support HR initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and workplace concerns.
Assist in payroll input coordination and ensure timely submission of employee data.
Handle joining formalities, confirmation processes, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.
Support implementation of HR policies, compliance, and daily HR administrative activities.
Ensure smooth communication between employees, management, and different departments.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills Set:
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring and operational requirements.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and HRMS tools.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Prior experience in consultancy or corporate HR environment is an added advantage.
