Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and attendance management.
• Establish and cultivate partnerships with colleges and educational institutions.
• Promote and coordinate internship and training programs, managing student cohorts.
• Achieve monthly targets related to institutional visits, partnerships, and intern enrollments.
Required Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree or an MBA in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or campus relations (confident freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Hindi and English, strong communication skills, and confidence in field interactions.
