Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage HR operations, attendance, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HRMIS, reports, and HR documentation.
Requirements
0–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food industry.
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMIS.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food industries will have an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
