We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, updating job advertisements, and conducting background checks.
Create and update job descriptions for all positions.
Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate written or technical tests.
Post job advertisements on various online platforms and ensure visibility.
Collaborate with department managers to understand future hiring needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
Maintain and manage candidate databases and hiring records.
Education: Minimum Graduate degree.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar HR or recruitment role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Hindi typing is mandatory.
Other Requirements:
Must have own vehicle (for field or external coordination if needed).
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
