HR Executive:
The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support appraisals and performance improvement plans.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
Training & Development: Coordinate training and professional development.
Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
