The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Update employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Handle employee ID creation and documentation.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
Maintain leave records and approvals.
Prepare monthly attendance reports.
4. Payroll Support
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure timely submission of payroll data.
5. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement activities.
Maintain a positive work environment.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in disciplinary actions, warning letters, PIP, and termination processes.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
7. HR Reporting
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee performance.
Maintain MIS and HR dashboards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in payroll coordination.
Knowledge of PIP, employee disciplinary processes, and HR documentation.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
