We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support both HR Operations and Recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also assisting with day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing offer letters and managing the candidate onboarding process.
2. HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Support attendance and leave management processes.
Coordinate employee exit formalities, including exit interviews and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support HR initiatives related to employee wellbeing, culture, and internal communication.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
4. Compliance & Administration
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.
Maintain HR reports and trackers related to recruitment, attendance, and employee records.
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role.
Preferred
Experience handling both recruitment and HR operations.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and job portals.
