What You’ll Do:
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
✔ Manage employee attendance, leaves, and salary coordination
✔ Maintain employee records, documents, and HR database
✔ Draft HR emails, letters, and internal communications
✔ Manage onboarding and exit formalities (joining, F&F, relieving letters)
✔ Ensure implementation of HR policies and discipline
✔ Handle employee queries and provide HR support
✔ Assist in performance tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic understanding of HR processes
✔ Strong coordination and organizational ability
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
✔ Responsible and able to handle confidential data
✔ Self-motivated and willing to learn
