Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR process implementation. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of the IT industry and be comfortable supporting social media activities and content posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files.

• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data through the HRMS.

• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.

• Assist in payroll-related data preparation and coordination.

• Ensure HR processes and policies are properly implemented and followed.

• Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.

• Coordinate with external HR consultants and vendors when required.

• Create, schedule, and publish content on the company’s social media platforms.

• Assist with basic social media content planning, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Coordinate with the marketing/team for company updates, events, celebrations, and employer branding posts.

• Stay updated with basic IT industry trends, services, and terminology to better understand the company’s business and support relevant HR and social media activities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or an HR Generalist role.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the IT industry is important.

• Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with HRMS and attendance management systems.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Creative mindset and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
