Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining, onboarding, attendance, exit).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary, incentives, and deductions.
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports.
Track attendance, performance, productivity, and attrition data.
Share reports with management in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of data.
Coordinate with Team Leaders, Field Sales Executives (FSEs), and Managers.
Resolve employee queries related to attendance, salary, incentives, and policies.
Monitor discipline, leave management, and team productivity.
Support team motivation and engagement activities.
Assist in bulk hiring and interview scheduling.
Conduct onboarding sessions and policy briefings.
Coordinate joining formalities and document verification.
Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (MIS).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in team handling (field or corporate teams).
Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in field sales HR / BTL / Fintech / Banking projects.
Hands-on experience with attendance & performance MIS.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
