Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive to drive our hiring initiatives and ensure we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement. This role will play a pivotal part in building high-performing teams, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and supporting overall organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand internal organizational hiring needs for Business Development, Marketing, and Operations roles.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

• Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.com, as well as referrals and social media channels.

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and share shortlisted profiles with relevant managers.

• Coordinate interview logistics, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

• Support onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and orientation for new hires.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Assist in employer branding activities such as job fairs, campus drives, and social media hiring initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs) for closing positions.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles in non-technical functions.

  Skills and Education Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.

• Experience: 0–4 years of recruitment experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in startups or small organizations where multi-tasking and adaptability are essential.

• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and the employee life cycle.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and managers with empathy and fairness.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

• Flexible, disciplined, and a positive team player who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with payroll structures and basic processing is an added advantage.

• Ability to improve candidate quality through effective sourcing, screening, and evaluation techniques.
