Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on interview & experience
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Socialstaff India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to identify and recruit suitable candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic and/or video interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Handle candidate queries regarding job roles, interview processes, and joining formalities.

• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Maintain professional relationships with candidates.

• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Freshers can apply; experience in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Salary & Benefits
