Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Organize training and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Experience with HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
Organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
