Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
Manage employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with labor laws, NGO norms, and internal policies
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Support payroll inputs, incentives, and exit formalities
Organize training & development initiatives
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / MBA-HR / MSW
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Basic understanding of labor laws & compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
