
Job Summary
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee claims
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Assist in exit formalities and final settlements
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR operations and basic labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
0–2 years of HR experience
