Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruiting
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with HR systems and data analytics
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
