Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles such as Chef, Cashier, Waiter, and other operational staff.
• Monitor and review customer feedback on Swiggy, Zomato, and Google, and respond professionally in coordination with management.
• Maintain daily attendance records of all staff and prepare attendance reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with the Manager on a daily basis and share regular updates related to staff and operations.
• Maintain employee records and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Possess basic knowledge of social media platforms and contribute ideas for marketing, branding, and company website/social media growth.
• Have working knowledge of banking processes, salary coordination, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, basic labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
