We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional to manage and support all human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR policies and capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policy and labor law.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely updates of attendance and leave data.
Coordinate and conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance redressal, and promote a healthy work environment.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
Manage exit interviews and separation formalities.
Liaise with third-party vendors for background verification and compliance checks.
Ensure HR compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field. MBA/PG in HR preferred.
Proven experience of [4–6+ years] in HR roles (depending on seniority).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software (if applicable).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
