Hiring: Full-Time HR Recruiter - Delhi NCR
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.
Compensation
Salary: ₹18,000 per month (in-hand)
Additional Incentives: Attractive incentives for successful candidate closures and hiring targets
Hiring Requirements
Approximately 90% of hiring will be for housekeeping, facility management, and support staff.
Remaining 10% will include blue-collar and technical roles such as Gym Technicians, Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, Helpers, and similar positions.
Eligibility
Prior experience in blue-collar, bulk, or field workforce recruitment is mandatory.
Must be capable of sourcing and closing positions quickly.
Strong understanding of candidate sourcing channels, job portals, referrals, and local hiring networks.
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
Location
Recruitment activities will be focused exclusively on Delhi NCR.
Candidates being hired and the HR Recruiter must be based in or familiar with the Delhi NCR market.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closures for open positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of blue-collar and technical candidates.
