## About the Role

Aviyana HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is focused entirely on end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for talent acquisition.

## Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

• Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

• Meet recruitment targets and timelines as assigned.

## Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

## Eligibility

• Graduate or MBA (HR preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

• Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
