HR Operations
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process:
○ Job postings
○ Resume screening
○ Interview coordination
○ Candidate follow-ups
○ Employee onboarding
● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
● Prepare HR documents:
○ Offer letters
○ Appointment letters
○ Warning letters
○ Experience letters
○ Exit formalities
● Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management
● Ensure company policies, discipline, and workplace professionalism are maintained
