Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven HR Executive who will play a key role in

hiring technical talent. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about

recruitment and want to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (AI, ML, Developers, etc.)

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

 Coordinate interviews with technical teams

 Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers

 Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth hiring process

 Support on boarding activities

 Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Self-driven and proactive mindset

 Interest in hiring technical/IT talent

 Basic understanding of recruitment process

 Ability to work in a startup environment (fast-paced & dynamic)

 Freshers or recent graduates are welcome
