Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support the HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Support payroll inputs and maintain employee data accurately.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
