Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Provide assistance in basic payroll-related tasks and attendance management.
Support HR operations such as documentation, data entry, and employee queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts ( 12:00 noon to 09:00am )
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Female candidates preferred.
