Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting general HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and assisting in HR policies and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding and induction for new hires.
Handle documentation like offer letters, appointment letters, and background verification.
Support payroll inputs and attendance management (in coordination with accounts or admin teams).
Ensure timely renewals of contracts and probation reviews.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office space (if applicable).
Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and company events.
Maintain inventory records and office asset tracking.
Assist with travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for staff or guests.
Handle basic documentation and filing for HR and admin processes.
Support coordination between departments as needed.
Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing team activities, celebrations, and internal events.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee feedback collection.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with company values and legal compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
