Full Time
Recruitment & HR
•
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
•
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
•
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
•
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
•
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
•
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
•
Manage onboarding and joining documentation.
•
Maintain employee records and support attendance-related activities.
Operations
•
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
•
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
•
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
•
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.
•
Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
•
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
•
Support management in HR and operational activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
•
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations preferred.
•
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
•
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools.
•
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
