Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Intern to assist in day-to-day HR activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR functions, working closely with our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases

• Maintain employee records and databases

• Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employee handbooks and policy updates

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

• Support HR team in various projects and initiatives

• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager/ HR Head

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (if applicable)
