Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and interview panels
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation
Required Skills:
Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of HR practices and policies
Good coordination and organizational skills
